Even if it is something mental - Your doctor is the right person to see. Your doctor will have heard complaints of tiredness very often.
Tired is a terrible thing to be all the time and should be taken very seriously. You can help you doctor by describing as well as possible what you think makes you tired "Like boring things, and that school is hell." - What would make you less tired. Prepare your meeting as much as possible - maybe even write down questions.

You could be tired for any number of reasons as have been suggested. Your doctor will listen to you and ask diagnostic questions and more than likely do a complete blood profile, thyroid check and other things to determine the cause of your tiredness. You could be sleeping but not resting and may have sleep apnea as others have suggested and the doc may send you to a sleep clinic to get tested. You could also be suffering from mild depression in which case he may recommend a combination of meds and therapy.
Hopefully your doc will be able to help you so that you can feel better.
Hope everything works out for you.

You're bored, that's all. Everyone gets tired when they are bored. Theres nothing to capture you're attention at the moment, so your brain becomes less active, causing you to get tired. You can't change the situation in school, you don't have control over the curriculum. But you can do something. To keep myself from getting bored, I give myself something to look forward to. What I would suggest is doing your work in school, that way you don't fall asleep, and finding something to look forward to after school. Whether it be playing a sport, renting a movie you've been wanting to see, or going out with a friend, whatever, just SOMETHING that you find interesting to keep you excited about the day. My day gets monotonous alot( I stay at home with my kids), and sometimes I get so bored, not because I have nothing to do, but because everyday is so much the same. But if I have a date planned with my husband, or have plans to go out that evening, my day goes by so fast and I'm in a good mood all day. Also find ways to pass the time. I used to draw and write letters to pass the time after completing my work in school because I would get bored, like you. I wouldn't get in trouble because I was already done with my work. But anyways, just find something exciting to add to your life. Also, excersise does wanders for your energy. Just three days a week, for 30 minutes a day, that's all you need. Whether it's cardio, weight lifting, bike riding, whatever, go get some excercise. You'll be amazed how you will feel. You'll have a moment to relax, but you won't want to sit still! That's what excersise does for you. Plus you'll not only feel good, but look good as well. Having confidence does something for your energy, too!

Do you snore when you sleep? A buddy of mine said his wife was complaining because he snored a lot. He was always tired (he's a big guy 6' 2", 260-lbs) Turns out he has sleep apnea. The doctor gave him a kit to test out at home. During sleep, he would stop breathing for short amount of times at night. This will make you feel run down and tired. He has a C-pap machine now and sleeps deeper and more refreshed.
Ask your doctor about it and see if that might be your problem.

It's never a waste of money to go to the doc, even if it's just to be told you don't have anything (those are sometimes the best words in the world). Do you have sleep apnea? Snoring's a key to that. You could just have a hormonal imbalance, or you could have narcolepsy or a mild form of it, or just chronic fatigue... The list of 'what it might be' goes on and on and on. That's why you need to see the doc.

The reasons could be many so it is wise to consult a doctor.
If you have not been nourishing your body property or live on cafeeine or alcohol of course your body will say enough.
If you are bored and your body deals with it by shutting you down, then you need to sit down and ask yourself why? There are ways to make everything interesting and fun and of course the answer is only do those subjects that interest you.

It could be a physical problem. Your doctor should test your blood to see if you are anemic or if your blood sugar is too high or too low. These things can cause one to be physically tired.
Another thing that can make one tired is if you are suffering from a mild form of depression. How are your eatting habits? Do you feel any anexity or sadness. How is your mood? Your doctor may also ask you these questions. These should help determine or diagnosis your tiredness problem.

Well you should take a blood test, because if stuff is out of wack, then that can deff make you tired. Maybe you should see an allergist? Or you could just be depressed. You have to think of things that are going on in your life that could do that to you.

Sounds like depression. Your confusing your feelings you call "tired" for feelings of depression, snap out of it! Life can't always be a good time.
Hey, did Sammy the sailer just say he has a pap machine? I doubt that will go over well with the female crowd.
