I know the Moroccan royal family claim descent from the Prophet Muhammad (pbuH), as well as the Jordanian Hashemite family.
Are the Saudi's also descendants of Muhammad (pbuH)? If so, please provide a reference or link showing their line to the Prophet. I'm also interested to know whether any other reigning dynasties are descended from Muhammad or His Family (besides the European lines)? I know about the European royal connections already, and am descended from the line through the Plantagenets.

They are probably not direct male-line descendants of the Hashemite line, but may be descended somehow. Statistically, there is a high probability that anyone born in the Middle East or even many parts of Europe are descended from the Prophet Muhammad (pbuH).
However, the title of Sayyid or Sharif usually goes to those who are direct male-line descendants of 'Ali, the son-in-law and cousin of the Prophet. It is apparent that the Saudi Royal Family are NOT sayyids or sharifs and if they are descended from the Prophet Muhammad (pbuH) in some way, it is not obvious.

The Saudi royal family is from Najd. They are not descent of the Prophet Mohammad (PBUH) and they dont claim that.Maybe because nowadays, This link is used to gain political influence and financial gains. and the Saudi Royal family is rich in influence and rich in gains.

The Hashemite family are decended from the Prophet Muhammad. They are actually from Mecca - they got kicked out of there in 1920 by the Saud family, and the British installed them as the royal family in Iraq and Jordan. (they got overthrown in Iraq in 1958 and King Abdullah got murdered in the streets of Baghdad by a lynch mob - they still rule Jordan).
The Saud family has no legitmate clam to being decendents of the Prophet Muhammad.

No. Saudi Arabiya is named after their grandfather Al Saud who led a revolution to unite Hijazz under a central government.
