Why am i having trouble uploading my resume - a Word file - to Monster? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

It may be too big, or have too many special formatting things happening.

Try saving it to a text only file, double check the formatting, to make sure it didn't get all jumbled. And upload again.

Sometimes monster reformats stuff, and I think they just had another and stuff happens. An example is on the job posting side last year, if something was in word and uploaded, monster wouldn't let you change it. It was a big problem, but was solved by doing the text thing I told you about above.

Report the difficulties to their help department.
