sounds like he is alittle stressed out give him a day or two, he'll come around.. hamsters arent the liveliest of the bunch... I hope this was helpful! Have fun with your new pet =)

they like to sleep in the day and they play lot´s at night, but they like to party at the weekend´s. My son has 3 cute hamster´s.& I don´t know if it´s because he fed them at certain times of they day or throught the week ,but at the weekend´s they seem to be wake day and night ..how do you explain that one?

Hes fine. hamsters r nocturnal.they sleep in the daytime and run n play @ nite.

yah u just have a lazy animal and thats natural to them but werid to us because hamsters are mysterious in all differnt type of ways

remember not too get him out for a few days let him get settled
