You need to see a regular doctor or go to the emergency room.
Yes, you could have pulled something but you may also have broken your collar bone or a rib. Nevertheless if you broke something you need to know asap so it can begin to heal properly. Ibuprophen works well for this type pain.

You probably tore some muscles in the area. They are going to tell you to rest. Both of them will. Probably give you an anti-inflamitory drug(an otc type would be ibuprofen, advil) and to ice it. Thats all they can really do until you are ready to rehab the injury.

i think you should see the doctor first. Then the doctor will tell you who to see or the doctor might just figure out what's wrong. It doesn't sound too serious. But who knows? (I don't want to scare you or anything.)
Hope this helps. :)

It sounds like you pulled something. I would go see an M.D., a chiropractor can not prescribe you anything and you may need something like an anti-inflammatory

you could have dislocated your shoulder or simply just jarred it and pinched a nerve, nonetheless, you should see your primary care doctor or if the pain is too much, go to an urgent care center

definetly a doctor, may be a pulled muscle, or dislocated something, prolly need some X-rays to find out for sure. the doctor would also recommend you to a specialist if need be.

I would go to the Chiropractor. You explain what happened and he or she will X-ray it to determine whether there is a broken bone or just tissue or cartilage damage. They will not adjust it if it is broken. They will send you to your MD or an Orthopedist to fix it.
If you have shifted something out of its correct position they can adjust it and sometimes fix it quickly.

I would go see a doctor first. You might have just pulled something, but a worst case scenario would be that you dislocated it.
