I know that the hype over this blackberry pearl is all that. However no one wants to talk about the cons. I know that experince is the best teacher and I need some help w/ decieding if I want to upgrade to that model. Is it reliable, How about the battery life, Is it easy to navigate? Does that speakerphone and camera provide goo quaily pic and sound? anything that you think would be helpful to me...............THANSKX

Well, let me be the first to tell you that, yes it's all that. Easy to navigate? Yes ma'am. It has a pretty slick trackball that does that. As for battery life, I've only ran it down completely once, and that was because I was too lazy to charge it. The camera isn't too shabby, I mean it's no Nikon, or Canon PowerShot, but hey do you want a phone or a digital camera? The speakerphone works pretty good, I rather use my bluetooth headset though. If I did have to give it a knock, it would be the media player. It is kinda cheesy, but as long as I can listen to mp3s, watch full-length movies and even YouTube clips (after you convert them with software you buy from www.handango.com) I'm not complaining. As for games, it came with one but you can go to handango and buy some more. I treat this phone like a swiss army knife. It does a little bit of everything. I use it to pay my bills online, chat with my peeps, wake me up, and get this a flashlight! (Yes, you can get it for .99 cents at handango) I will say that if you use the internet, I'd suggest downloading the opera mini browser on the www.opera.com website. All-in-all, the pro's far out weigh the cons, and I think that eventually the bugs will completely get worked out!

BAD... Remember any device that has limited or no connectivity is a Bad device. The BlueBerry can not print, or provide access to other devices such as notebooks for Internet browsing as a modem. Go with a Tmobile DASH or any other Pocket PC/Windows Mobile phone. Plus lots and lots of support and developing application built in and downloadable for educators for the pocket pc....

nicely i upgraded to the white pearl from my razor and that i like it! ive had it for a 12 months and there are such quite a few cool issues you're able to do with it and you will substitute the colour of the ball to examine your skin conceal, and its consistently been great i havent had any themes with it~ Mines no longer sluggish eaither whilst your going surfing on your messenger or going onto the internet~ solid stuff!!
