Sex is a lot like riding a back. You never really forget what to and certainly not hwo to do it.
Now, I'm not an MD, but I do know that if we ladies refrain from sex for any length of time, it tends to be **REALLY** great for the male partner. I'm not sure what exactly happens physiologically to the parts there are in play sexually, but think we can take a look at it from the perspective of giving birth. If child birth has a tendency to affect the elasticity of the vagina, think was NOT having sex at all would do from a "tightening" standpoint.
So I say congratulations. At her age, sex is to be treasured...adn thoroughly enjoyed. Relax and enjoy. No pesky risk of unwanted pregnancy. She's more confident, more self assured. Sexually, on top of the world.
She just needs to make sure he not only knows what he's doing, but that he's polite, courteous and thoughtful enough to make sure she has as much fun.

like riding a bike; once you are back on , like you never stopped ; she will be depressed for realizing what she has been missing for 7 years ; go for and have fun; life is too short; it will come back; every time you have a new partner it is awkward but exciting

Tell her to relax, smile and be happy.
He will be worrying as well.
If it's a good relationship they will sort things out as they go along.
