you can do this yourself at home. Take a tape measure and measure under your breast. The smaller part where you hook the bra. Then you measure around your entire breast, the largest part. You then subtract the difference between the two. If there is 1 size difference you are an A cup, 2 " is a B and etc... I hope this helps.

go to a bra shop and they will measure you well
