In Harry potter who got the wand on the purple pillow?

Could it be Ron or Neville. Ron broke his wand in book 2 and Neville broke his in book 5 and by book 6 the wand maker was missing.

I'm thinking that it was Neville but it's a guess on my part. It just sounds like something Neville's grandmother would do rather than the Weasley's.

I suppose Neville because Ron's family got him a new one.
