I've lost 5 kilos in my first week. It's my 10th day and I have included salad with some protein (eg. egg/ lean chicken) as you suggested. After 4 years of trying, the fat is finally coming off. It truly feels like magic!

Dont understand? You want to keep your chest fat? wouldn't that mean you have ****? You can't lose weight in on specic spot. But you can excersise one specific area

crunches... and to be honest... its nearly impossible cause exercising burns fat... and your chest is made up of mostly fat.... so guess what? You can't win
