i have no money to buy one and my parents won't buy me one till I get older and i can't wait till I'm 16.That's too long to wait.Can anyone help me please?

The most prized possessions are those that we earn ourselves.
Perhaps you could work in/around your neighborhood doing odd jobs to earn your own money? You could try babysitting, dog walking, raking leaves, mowing lawns, or even offering an elderly neighbor some help with basic chores.
I think you'll find the entire experience of working and earning enough money to buy something you really want more than rewarding.

Tell you what. I'll get you that laptop for free when you get me that Porsche 911 that I've always wanted for free. Face it, you can't have everything you want in life given to you. You said you are16 so you are old enough to go out to get a job. A low end laptop from a PC repair shop can run you somewhere in the $200 (USD) price range. Just don't expect it to run very well...you get what you pay for. You could check out a site like TigerDirect, PriceWatch, or one of the other price tracking websites out there to find a new low price laptop too.

Start calling some local bigger businesses, there's a good chance they might be disposing some old ones. Keep in mind it might not have an operating system, and it will likely be "old" and not current with bells and whistles. Other than that why do you want a laptop? Get a PC - they're cheaper and faster. Or get a part-time job and buy one.

I guess you could always steal one. Other than that I would say you are kinda out of luck....unless you can talk someone into just giving you their old one or something.
