The women is minortiy she has attitude issues constantly obeserves and critices everthing I do even if i do nothing wrong. My other boss only listens to what she says. I am a peon in the department. I tried to switch department but my second boss would recomend me cause the other boss doesnt like me. Am I being micromanged? Drive out? What should I do?

Sounds like the problem could be you.

You are what you think of others.

BTW, This is not micromanagement. This could be mis-management (either keeping a disgruntled employee or keeping an employee disgruntled).

You're being micromanaged. You said your boss is a minority. Maybe you should take a cultural style (sensitivity) class to understand how to communicate with her better.

The other thing, don't be late. And if you think you are running even close to being less than 2 minutes early. Call her!! Take some responsibility here, she may just need for you to communicate with her.

If after you change your communication style and things don't get better, then start looking at new jobs, or what not.

You should sue whichever university gave you a degree. Quite frankly, you're spelling is terrible, your use of grammar is even worse and if you're late... then you should be reprimanded. As for for your boss "...observing and criticizing everything you do even if you do nothing wrong..." I doubt that someone in middle management has the time nor inclination to conspire against you and make up things you're doing wrong. Welcome to the real world. I think some self-evaluation is necessary.

Persevere...

Find what she (I think it's a she) is after and strive to meet her goals.
