bleach is only a temporary solution , you need either a borate or a moldicide.

Everyone pretty much answered your question, bleach, pressure washer, etc. but i would like to point one thing out... the mold will come back, you have a problem there and you need to findout why before you even bother with the clean up. In addition, prime the plywood so that the mold inside the wood that you were not able to get out (you can never get 100% of it) will be locked in.

Like the previous answer, Chlorox works the best. Since you were specific you must live in a humid area. You should see if there is a paint or sealer you could use. Air circulation prevents a moisture build up as well. Open the doors and let the sun and a good breeze go thru. Check the drainage around the shed? There is a good possibility that if you provide drainage the mold problem will go away. I lived in the Carolinas for over 15 years.

You can kill mold by application of bleach. I would suggest you dilute and mix 200ml (about 1/4 pint) of household bleach into a 5 litre (1gall) bucket of water and scrub/wash down the plywood. Wear rubber gloves to protect you hands, and goggles to prevent any splashes into the eyes.

try bleach in a spray bottle and let it run from top bottom after 15 to 20 min. wipe with sponge and water if it wont clean deep rest assure that at least it will kill the fungus and stop it from growing.
(very important dont let bleach make contact with any metal surface because it will rust)

Spray on bleach. 1/2 bleach - 1/2 water. A power spray would be fastest. Be sure to cover your eyes.

Use a strong bleach solution. And wear gloves, and you may want to wear a mask too.

Good luck!
