i have long thin hair that is EASILY DAMAGED and
i BLOWDRY THEN STRAIGHTEN my hair EVERYDAY.
which one of these flat irons is better for MY HAIR.my concern with the CHI is that there is no TEMP SETTING so it might FRY my hair.

as far as i know chi works the best but if u r that scared to use it then use a ceramic iron that u feel comfortable using
just dont forget heat protection!!!LOL!!!

Neither, the Maxiglide is the best. What makes it unique is that it has both teeth and steam, which won't dry the hair out like other irons. The teeth are also great because they grip the hair and pull it, meaning that you may have to straighten a particular section only once because it's pulling the hair as you straighten. I find other irons problematic because the hair slips and slides all over the place while you go over a particular section over and over again, causing more damage. Also, the two models you've shown above are too narrow, only good for touch-ups IMO. You need a wider plate to make any real impact.

Trust me, I've tried them all and I swear by the Maxiglide. I purchased mine from Folica.com (the site you've listed). The price is better than most and they offer free shipping.

Use some special shampoo to make hair thicker and healthy. Then apply some straightening cream on hair then straighten wit CHI!!

I straign my hair every day to girl! And doent blow dry just hav a shower before bed and straitin it up and the chi iron is the best! :) good luck

you need to use a heat buffer, it has a name, I cant think of it.
Chi is the best ceramic flat iron.

I don't know about this one, but I have one that I got in Brazil, but it is a Italy brand called GAMA ITALY, it's very very good!!!!, I search here but i could not find. it very good.
