I want to go back to college but I have a felany on my record for 2nd degree arson what careers can i still do? I live in the states.

You can do a lot of things, but working for the government may not be one of them.

Go to school and keep your mind open, study what interests you. There are a lot of great careers out there for people that are ambitious. Take an employment personality test and see which way it points you.

Also, work with your probation officer (?) to get your record expunged. If it's the only thing on your record, some people can keep their nose out of trouble then present to a judge and they may decide to take it off your record.

I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but most colleges will not accept you with a felony conviction. A lot of them won't even admit people with misdemeanors.
You may want to try entry level management, any type of construction that interests you, or even investigate starting your own business.
Stay away from mail order and internet hooks to begin businesses though, most of them are scams.
