It gives an obscure Microsoft message as a url link. When I go there, it says that one of the drivers is in conflict with MS Windows (XP). The problem is that of course there are many drivers. Is there a short cut to determine which driver is causing the problem ?
Thanks in advance.

Hi. There are free driver scan programs online. One is at www.pcpitstop.com but there are others. I would start there. http://www.pcpitstop.com/driverscan.asp

It is most likely a video driver that is in conflict. Boot the systems and when the Windows Splash screen appears, hit the F8 key. Chose start in safe mode with networking and go from there. The video will look really weird (4 colors and 640x480) but it will allow you to download the latest drivers for your card and fix the problem.
