Consult a tax professional and have them contact the former employer. They'll know how to get across to the ex boss that they have a legal obligation to provide a copy of the W2 to you and a copy to the IRS.

yeah cuz even if you dont work there, they need to give u that w-2

by law, he cant do this. mention a lawyer & he'll hand it over pronto.
