I am an african american girl. I have been told that mac make-up is a good make-up to use. I am mostly interested in foundation.
* Does anyone have experience using their products?
* Is it expensive?
* Where can I buy it from?

Mac is a wonderful product, for SOME people, but other's such as myself are highly allergic to it, causing me to break-out more than usual. Go into the store and ask them for a sample that would last about a week to test out the product you like, and if it works good for you GO FOR IT! and if it doesnt work... i love using BENEFIT, it's all natural make-up mostly rice-based and works great. although benefit is quite pricey,it lasts long and it's well worth it!

MAC isnt expensive. I use it all the time. It is great African American. You can buy it from a MAC store at your local mall, MAC counter inside a department store, MAc website. Just go to the website and do a search to see where the store nearest to you is located. The first time you buy it you will need someone to help you pick out your shade.

I used their MAC Blotting Powder and I really liked it. They do have a wide range of shades so you will most likely find yours. Foundations and powders cost about $20 or so and you can purchase them at MAC stores, Macy’s, Nordstrom, www.maccosmetics.com and on eBay (make sure you are getting a real deal there and not a fake.)

Take a look at their website. It will answer most of you questions. MAC is a great line with plenty of pigment that stays on all day. I use a lot of their make-up and continue to purchase it slowly as I need new items.

I have been using MAC for years, its very good. I do not break out from it, and its anywhere from $12 for eyeshadows - $26 for compacts. It lasts forever though! Go to Dilliards, Macys or Nordstroms, they will help you with any questions and will show you how to apply the makeup to look your best.

Its not expensive. Its just super bad for your skin. If you want heavy coverage and pimples, use MAC. If you want something natural looking that wont break you out, use Lancome, Estee Lauder, Clinique, or my favorite Origins.
