how do i use one of my own pictures as a myspace background?

i found places where u can use a picture from a website, with a url and everything, but i want to use one out of my own file

first you have to host the picture online somewhere. photobucket is a good site.
Then you can go to a site like freecodesoure.com. they have a form for settin up your page. find the background section. then you can put in the url from photobucket, then they will give you the embedded code.
paste that embed code into you profile under about me. then u should have it.
