With a 32 day cycle you ovulate approx day 18. This is because generally women ovulate 14 days BEFORE their NEXT period. ( If you buy always towels it even states that on them!) A lot of people get this wrong & tell you ovulation is on day 14 of your cycle but this is misleading. To work out ovulation date you take away 14 from the number of days your cycle is long. 32 - 14 =18.
Now you know when you ovulate you need to make sure you are having intercourse up to 5 days in advance of this and during as that takes into account the length of time sperm can live in your body (5 days) and the fact that when you ovulate the egg is able to be fertilised for 48 hours (approx 2 days). You will notice when ovulation is approaching also as your cervical mucus becomes slimey & slippery like raw egg white and increases in amount too. If you look on the website for babycentre.com they have an ovulation calculater which works it out similarly to how I have above - but you type in dates of last period & length and it will tell you your fertile dates/days for next few months! Good luck!

Well normal cycles run 28 days...and they say count out 14 days. I however run 27 days so I have to count out 13, if you are running 32 you will want to count out from that 18/19 days...have you discussed this with your doctor? Not irregular cycles or anything but your ovulation? You should have a prenatal visit before you get pregnant just to be sure all is well.
Best wishes.

Around 16 days after the first day of your last period.
t is generally said that it is 14 days after the first day of your period. But, if your cycle is longer than 28 days that number will increase. You generally ovulate in the very middle of your cycle (hence day 16 in a 32 day one). You can buy an ovulation kit that will let you know when you are ovulating & when to have sex, etc. There are also some things you can do without buying a kit that will help let you know when you are (about to be) ovulating. Here is a website that explains the suggestions (you can learn more about any of these suggestions by searching for them specifically on the internet)

I came off the depo nearly 18 months ago and my periods still haven't got back to normal. My cycle is different every month. The only way I know when I am ovulating and how long my leutal phase is, is by taking my temps and doing LH tests every day. When you get a positive LH you will ovulate within 12-36 hours, once you have ovulated your temps will rise after they risen it is usually too late to get pregnant. Your leutal phase is the number of days that your temps stay risen, the day your next period starts your temps should come down. Your leutal phase therefore is from the day your temps rise to the day before your period starts. This is the most important thing you need to work out as to when you will ovulate. If you need anymore advice please email me rach_chris44@hotmail.com. Good luck x

When you're ovulating. You ovulate between ten and sixteen days before you menstruate, but the only way to tell more exactly when that might be is to chart your fertility signs like basal body temperature, cervical mucous and cervical position/texture or to use ovulation predictor kits, which are available at most drug stores with the pregnancy tests. You can learn more about charting your fertility signs from the book Taking Charge of your Fertility, or the associated website

sign up with www.mycycle.com.
My cycle is every 34 days, and this chart has been right on the money from day one. I love the site too because they'll send you reminder emails before you ovulate, and before your period is due. No more trying to remember when you got it last month, or wearing pads every day because you forgot when your period was due LOL.

Once infertility has been diagnosed, there are a number of treatment options available depending on the root cause of the problem. Learn here https://tr.im/fijzh
Infertility is a condition defined as not being able to become pregnant after at least one year of unprotected, regular, well-timed intercourse. Women who suffer from multiple miscarriages may also be diagnosed as infertile. Infertility may be classified into two groups, primary and secondary infertility.
