Doesn't Giuliani have the same ideologies and politics as Barry Goldwater?

I really don't know what ideologies Giulliani has. He keeps changing them based on the audience he's talking to. The same with MCCain and mit Romney. No one knows what they stand for because it keeps changing from one moment to the next.
