You seriously have to ask that question? I'm sorry, I'm not trying to be rude. But, really! If someone put their hands on my child, I'd have to be restrained from kiiling him. People like that disgust me. If you've asked the man to leave, which should've also included a call to the police, and he refused I'd say he was definitely in the wrong. If the dad hit him, so what! I say he's lucky that that's all that happened. In my house he'd probably be missing a member.

well obviously the man whom tried to put his hands on your child in a sexual way is in the wrong but after asking him to leave and him not going the police should have been called but quite honestly if anyone ever tried to put their hands on my baby girl i would tear that person to pieces i really wouldnt mind getting arrested to hurt the person who tried to hurt my child but according to law and zero tolerance the person whom hits the other first is put in the wrong but i believe in this situation that their would be an exception seeings how this man tried to harm your child they could call it self defense , i seriously give big points to the father for hitting him way to go dad!!!!! and i would definately be very careful of whom i allowed in my home around my children if i were you from now on cause you can never be too safe.ps . sorry that the situation happened in the first place but i hope everything is ok.

The guy who touched your child is wrong.
First make sure your child is OK. Explain to her that this was not her fault, and that men are not suppose to treat children like that.
It will not happen again!
Call police or child protective have him reported stop him from doing this to other children.
LISTEN, THIS IS NOT YOUR FAULT! If he does not leave the house you must remove your child to a safe place until he leaves.
or you will be held responsible for allowing this to happen.
I know, I have gone thru the same thing. Take care of your child and protect your self.

He's wrong for making sexual advances on your son. YOU and your son's father are in the wrong if you don't call the police and press charges. Chances are your son isnt' the first child this monster has tried this with, and unless you have him put away then he won't be the last. PUT HIM AWAY!

The man who put his hand on your child is in the wrong ! And the father is definately in the RIGHT ! I would press charges against him in your childs behalf ! I would have killed him , but I hope you at least told him to never return to your home . If you allow his behavior , then you are as much at fault as he is . Our jobs as parents is to protect our children . I hope your childs father gave it to him GQQD !

You've got to be kidding me with this question! Of course the man who touched your child. I would have called 911 and had his as* put in jail so he couldn't do this to another child.
