Huge variation in mood and brain activity of during various seasons of the year, on EEG. In winter there was decreased activity, spring there was an increase activity of electrical impulse in EEG, summer mixed reading was prominent feature, autumn there was a down words trend in all EEG pattern. Sure it makes you more sleepy during summer & snowy in Old age, But during rainy season a strange reading there was an increased activity of brain!!

Yes - rain can be hypnotic and make you lazy or sleepy...the sunnier a day the more active people feel - the grayer the skies the more depressed.
Some people are there fore subject to seasonal mood affective disorder.

Yes Sunny Day makes for a Sunny disposition. Cloudy days makes for down moods. Rainy days makes one sleepy ready to sleep under a tin roof.

Yes very much so, the weather can depress you in a sense if it is raining or snowing. As to lift you spirits when it is sunny.

You betcha. Other examples besides what you mentioned: one form of depression is known as SAD (Seasonal Afflictive Disorder) because it tends to affect people in the winter. People are at their angriest and most violent when it's hot --- the crime statistics prove it!

yes because if it is a really snowy day outside, and you dont want to go to work when your car might get stuck in the snow, you could feel very arivated. and if it is a sunnyday, you could feel happy because it is so warm and nice out side.

Temperature, pressure, humidity, etc., differ.
You think at waste (point X) and the South Pole (point Y).
If your body responds to X different, like whom your body responds to Y, then your body responds to a point between (X, Y) different with specific nature of the point where you are.
