When I put on cream foundation, I can never get it to blend right. So I was going to start using powder foundation, but I'm afraid that it'll come off easily. Which do you use? Or, do you use a tinted moisturizer instead?

Thanks :)

I don't use foundation, I use a little stick concealer where needed and some powder for shiny places.

Cream-i find loreal feel naturale light-softening one step makeup works best for me-blends really well since that's what you're looking for. I always go back to it. I never use powders-I like the fresh, dewy skin look. I used bare minerals for awhile but it was really messy and made me look older (i'm 25). Lots of my friends wear MAC foundations, creams, and powders-I might try those next. You can go in the MAC store and they should be able to help you find one that's blendable enough for you.

I use both. Sometimes powder, sometimes liquid. Powder does usually wear off in a few hours, but if you're worried about that you can just keep the case with you and powder your face throught the day. I find that powder is useful when my skin is oilly. Good luck!

I use liquid which tends to give more coverage- loose powder is really good to set it and make it lasts longer; I don’t recommend using it by itself though. For touch-ups, powder in a compact is the best, MAC Blotting Powder makes really good one.

I use cream foundation, but before using it, I make the make up sponge a bit wet.

creamy foundations don't work for me. i have dry/oilily/sensitive skin and powders just make my face look dry. if i were to use a powder, i would use a translucent powder...it blends well better. i use a sheer liquid foundation. if u have dry skin, i suggest liquid. i don't think creamy is your way to go.

bare minerals.....it has worked amazingly well for me I used to have issues finding the right shades....now I can mix and when I am tan.....I use the medium...if I stop tanning then its the light that I use....if I am in between then I mix them together....its your preference in what you like... me personally I hated the liquid...it always felt as if I was using something very heavy on my face and at the end of the day it wasn't pretty...NO MATTER HOW Expensive makeup I used it never seemed to work....good luck;)
