Perfectly normal. Everyone tells you that it will be different 'out there' (wherever out there may be) but no-one thinks to warn you that you will have to readjust when you come back 'home'
You see things from a new perspective, particularly tghings you had previously taken for granted.
I have been back from Melaka almost 30years and have still left part of my heart there (Though we were in the Far East for over 5 years)
Give it time....but accept that you have changed (for the better, I hope)

It's normal, if you go to a place, and you come back its cos you miss the place, e.g i went to india i felt at home same with cyprus, the longer you stay in a place the more you get used to it, it will take you another couple of weeks to get back to normal with things like time, and weather and enviroment.

Then i would suggest to go back, family and friends are important in life,if you are not happy where you live now, then go back home, but if your married,it adds to another problem you would have to get your mate to agree with you,its really something to think about, whatever make you happy in Life! Goodluck

adjusting back is often problematic, the pace of life, the values, the cultural context all work against you settling back to the old routine. Be aware that you are different because you travelled, you may need to find yourself again

It is normal because you got to meet other family members there and bonds were formed. You are probably missing them because of the same bonding created with them and the place generally.

All I can say is having spent three months touring Europe, I felt pretty much the same as you.
However four weeks later and it was if I hadn't' been away.
Hang on in there.

Having been away for that time merely opens your mind to the possibilities out there and now that you have come it will all seem very strange to you.
Give it time, it will become familiar again.
