I know that after WWI, Hitler came up with a German expression or word that meant something along the lines of "blame the Jews". What was this word?

"Dolchstoßlegende" means "stab-in-the-back legend" and might be what you mean. It meant the false accusation that Jews had caused the German defeat in WW1 by some kind of conspiracy.
Or you mean "Die Juden sind unser Unglück" which means "The Jews are our misery/misfortune/calamity", something like that. This expression was used often in Nazi propaganda.

regrettably adequate, I did pay attention this quite lots as a newborn in fundie church homes. no longer that God made Hitler do it, or he grow to be an agent for God, yet that the Holocaust grow to be what King Herod signed on for whilst he reported, "enable his blood be on our heads, and those of our childrens" to Pilate throughout Jesus' trial. It grow to be meant to be prophecy. Disgusting, isn't it? Hagee's a weirdo...yet quite a few human beings pay attention to him. I see why a candidate might court his desire. i do no longer think of absolutely everyone who isn't militantly anti-abortion is going to get that approval, nonetheless. McCain is probable in basic terms seen because of fact the least of two (3?) evils.
