My girlfriend use to be a full 34DD. This is when she weighed 130 lbs. After breastfeeding for two years she is about a 34D or 36C. She weighs between 115 and 120 now. I know that breastfeeding burns approximately 500 calories a day. Once she totally weens her son, will she gain a little weight back? Will her boobs get big again?

Weight loss and gain is different for each individual but if your gf was once a DD, the likelihood of her being one again with weight gain is high. Keep in mind that she may not want to be 130lbs or a DD so try and be a little less preoccuppied with it and more sensitive about her own body image.
