I have this pain on the bottom right corner of my eye-- literally like there is a needle stuck there-- but there are no scratches or anything stuck there. It is not red at all. And it hurts when I blink--Any thoughts?

Could be a stye as others have suggested. But, it could also be a scratch on the white part of your eye. It is extremely painful and usually requires anitbiotics as a precaution to prevent infection. You should really go to your eye doc and have him/her take a look. It could just be really something simple. Remember, you only have one set of eyes, so take care of them.

I had this once and it turned out to be a stye. Go to a doctor, and in the meantime there really is nothing you can do. Don't touch it, however, or it will become more infected. If it is a stye, make sure you throw out all your make up and constantly wash your hands.

Solution of boric acid. The recipe is on the boric acid bottle. My mother made it up and bathed our eves with it several times a day when such symptoms occur. Just today I told my brother I was getting a stye. His first response was, "You know what mom would do!"

could be as simple as dryness. I would see a doctor to make sure there is not something on your cornea. It could be very small and feel huge.
