Also, are there things that can substitute a massage? I know it can be very relaxing, so what else can I do that is so good?

And at last, but not the least important question (this is the most important): where and how can I receive a massage? And how much it costs, usually (in your country)? And does it worth the money?
And one more thing, from who: from a guy or from a woman? Or it doesn't matter?

I am female. A massage is wonderfully relaxing. It clears my head & completely relaxes me. Here in central Florida, it costs anywhere from $60.00- $90.00 plus tip for an hour, depending on what type of massage you want (aromatherapy, hot stone, etc). You can look through a local phone book under "massage" & get a phone number to call & get prices, make an appointment, etc. (Also, look under "spa"). If you go to a therapist who is good, it's well worth it to me!
I personally like to go to a local spa (I have a favorite) and get a pedicure. I only like it from a spa because they tend to spend more time on the relaxation part rather than the grooming. I go to be relaxed. The place where I go has these wonderful massage chairs, they put a scented neck wrap around you, and they give you a drink (alcoholic or non). You can recline the chair & just about fall asleep for an hour. This will cost about $45.00 for the hour (plus tip).
Just so you know, my husband loves massages as well. He has also gone to this particular spa, too. He likes it!

I was skeptical about getting a massage after my wife gave me a gift certificate for one. I didn't want to get naked in front of a stranger(didn't have to)Was afraid of sporting "wood" if you will (didn't happen) Was a female, was fantastic. I felt drunk all day long. Not even a soak in a hot tub would compare.Prices vary. Figure about $50.00. This for a 90 minute, with stone therapy. That was pretty cool. Recommend it. Not sure if I'd be comfortable with a male masseuse though.
