After the Armistice created in the Treaty of Versaille, Germany was in a huge recession. Hitler had the charisma, and made promises to the people of Germany. He persuaded them that he could get them to become the great nation that God intended them to be.
Here is a base, now the rest is up to you.

Nationalists: Hitler ran on a platform on "restoring greatness" to Germany and the theme that Germany was betrayed in the Versailles Treaty.

Authoritarians: Hitler ran on a law and order platform.

Middle Class: Economics, primary. He promised to restore the economy and get things running right. To a large extent, he did.

Religious: Hitler put up a phony front of piety. Most true Christians saw him for what he was.

Businessman: Hitler promised them a big piece of the pie, and delivered big time. His military spending boosted German industry in a major way.

Youth: Sense of belonging, I guess. Ties into the nationalism theme and being part of something great.

Workers: The name of the part was the National Socialist Workers Party. Hitler ostensibly claimed to be for the rights of working people; even when he wasn't.

Women: Not sure why women would be drawn to Hitler. He was short and not particularly good looking. He did talk alot about security, about making Germany safe.

The Treaty of Versailles, which brought an end to WWI, brought Germany to its knees. It demanded huge amounts of reparation be paid to the ally countries, forbid military and naval buildup, and created an atmosphere for a Nationalist to come along and offer them hope. Hitler was that person in the eyes of all levels of German society. He played upon the nationalistic tendencies and pride of the German people promising them new economic growth, a place as a leading nation in the world, a military second to none to defend itself, and its rightful place as a world power. He was initially successful. The rest is history.
