the number i have does not allow you to speak with a real person

I find that when calling if I hit the O button a real fast that you get a real voice. By doing this you screw up their computers and they put a real live person on real darn fast.

Whatever happened to the one on one? It's so much easier. I was calling a pharamcy today and what I had to do couldn't be done among the choices given. Luckily someone came to my aid.
Didn't BMG and Columbia merge or something? I'm with BMG.
