I think this song was from the late 90's If i can remember correctly the music video was a man in britain walking by the red telephone booths. Hope that helps. Here is excerpts of certain song lyrics i can remember.

Its kind of slow mellow song.

Primitive Radio Gods... The sond is "Standing Outside A Broken Phone Booth With Money In My Hand"

And the lyric is "I've been downhearted, baby." It is a sample of BB King.
