YES! sperm swims and he does not need to ejaculate in you to get you pregnant sperm can live outside the body for a number of days(ex: sheets) also pre- ejaculation has a high sperm content in it. good luck USE PROTECTION IF YOU ARE NOT TRYING TO GET PREGNANT not to mention why are you risking your life having unprotected sex? Seeing that you probably mean ejaculating inside, yes you can still get pregnant. If there is any sperm in or around the vaginal opening, conception can take place. It only takes 1 sperm, and they live for up to 5 days, if in the "right place".

YES YOU CAN! There is a little thing called "leaking" or in other terms, "pre-ejaculation." It's like us. It feels good and we get a little wet. That's how the men are. It feels good so they leak a little & IT STILL HAS SPERM IN IT. It's clear too so don't let that fool ya.

By "blow" is assume you mean ejaculate, and the answer is yes. Men release sperm before the actually ejaculate.
