Depends on their age. If they were pre-pubesent then R. Kelly because he wouldn't touch them, and Michael Jackson would molest them. However, if they were already going through Puberty, I would let Michael Jackson watch tehm because he wouldn't touch them and R. Kelly would pee on them.
