I loved the way she shocked the celebs by just getting down off the stage and getting up front and personal with them for billions of people to see. You could see they were not at all prepared for that. She was more low keyed than other hosts because, after all, the night does belong to the stars and starletts... as obnoxious as they may be. Loved Ellen !! But, what the hell was Gyneth Paltow wearing???? Jennifer Lopez looked like a younger version of Sophia Loren. At first I did not recognize her.

She was awesome! I love Ellen. The oscars were sooo boring, but Ellen defintitely made it more interesting.

I loved the Oscars last night, too. Ellen was really funny. I love her comedy.

She was the light in an otherwise very slow, boring show.
Loved the chatting in the audience! She seemed a natural and everyone seemed to enjoy her.

she was ok it seemed like she was barely involved. I might be thinking of other award shows but doesnt the host play a bigger role? She wasnt terrible but nothing special.

Yes, I agree, she was really funny. Like when she just "happened" to have a script for that producer guy. I was laughing my head off after her performance!

SHE WAS THE SHI T,SHE TORE IT UP ABSOLUTLY LUVED THE **** OUT OF HER.....I MEAN TELLING SPEILDBERG HE DID NOT KNOW HOW TO AIM WHEN HE WAS SNNAPING A PIX OF HER AND MR EASTWOOD...THAT WAS FUNNY
