It's close between the Rocky Mountain range and the Andes range, but the Andes range is more well defined across more latitudes than the Rocky Mountain range. The Andes range span the entire South America continent. The Rocky Mountain range starts in Alaska and sort of ends up in Central America, but it's iffy to argue that there's a continuous high divide from Alaska to Central America.
