first i went to a class this morning and on the way home the ride share driver told me a very long story about her kids dad just commited suicide and the problems she is having with the 15 year old son since. we talked and talked for along time and i don't even know her name but she is nice so i listened to her sadness. she left feeling a bit better so now i feel better. when i got into the house my animals wanted out so i let them out and fixed me my low cal lunch and ate it while i checked out the sparkpeople web sight that is helping me to lose weight. my husband called so i talked a bit to him and then i signed on to yahoo answers and posted some answers got some points. got thirsty so got some water. came back sat down needed a cig got back up and went out to have one in the front yard. saw the mail lady. collected the mail came back in straightened the house up a bit. sat back down did some more yahoo answers. just realised as i was re reading this that animals are still out so i gotta go let them in. thats everything for today. hoped it helped. i can come back and edit this to add more as my day goes on. should i? please advise,

ok im back even though you never replied to my advise request. after i let the dogs in i went to safeway to rent a movie (did you know they have a machine there and you can rent movies for 1.49? way cool one stop shop) i needed some fruit for my diet plan tomorrow,i got bananas and apples. came home and started supper. rachael ray would be proud. i cooked 2 completely seperate menus in 45 minutes plus made jello. hubby had pork tenderloin that i cooked in the rotisserie a baked tater and some beans and crescents. daughter had pork but wanted stove top instead of taters so i made that too and she had 1/2 of a jumbo artichoke. i grilled me a piece of marinated flank steak and 1/2 jumbo artichoke. i was to full to eat my tater. none of us ate the salad. guess whats for my lunch tomorrow? then we all had sugar free jello. i recorded my eats for the day on sparkpeople page and was delighted i stayed way below the suggested calorie/fat/carb guidelines now i have room for a snack later. then me and hubby watched the marine (good movie!) and daughter watched saw 3 (not good movie i think) i missed 2 1/2 men though : ( well thats everything again i gotta go put another log on the fire. its very wet here this week and we may get snow. very rare for here. ok now i think thats everything so goodnight.

Well, Ok, I got up this morning after falling asleep in my son's bed, which by the way, is extremely comfortable! I woke up my 3 children to get ready for school. Not an easy task, none of them are really morning people, of course neither am I, but anyways, got my kids to eat breakfast, finish up some last minute homework!! Made them all lunches to take to school, fed my dogs, made coffee...drank coffee, sent my kids to school on the bus, shooed my big dog outside cuz she was getting into everything. Than after my kids got out the door, I put a load of clothes in the washing machine, and looked at the piles of socks that I have to sort, but OHHHHH I don't want to!! AFter that I went on Yahoo to check out who won at the Oscars, of course I missed when Jennifer Hudson won, DANG IT!
After a while of that, I folded some clothes than I went and sat down on the couch to watch The View, and my weiner dogs snuggled up to me, so of course I fell asleep for a while. When I woke up, I threw some more clothes in the washer and folded the rest. I chatted on the phone with my pregnant friend, nothing too serious. I ate a fruit cup and put away some laundry, let my dogs out to go poop, my big dog came back in and headed straight for her bag of doggy treats. Then I decided I had better dye my hair, so I had to search the house to see where I put my box of hair dye. I found it up in the bathroom cupboard, so I dyed my hair a nice auburn color. Had a chat on the phone with my sister in law, who is fighting with her husband, that lasted for around 30 minutes or so, than I had to wash the hair dye out, so I jumped in the shower and shaved my legs and washed up! After that, I put away some more laundry (fun hey) and thought about what I would wear tonight to my tap class, and looked at my fat thighs thinking...why oh why can't I get rid of this nasty cellulite...GRRR
Now I am sitting here, thinking what I should make for supper before my kids get home from school.....any ideas???

time is filtering through this question and i can't give you something i don't have. what haven't you heard? satisfaction cannot be grasped with a broad statement or thought. you've now been told about the endless cycle of the human day and nothing else can be obtained. ask what you truely desire and you will have answers to that which you ponder most. its all time, wasted...
