What are some ways that congress puts limits on the president. It has to be within the 20th century. if you are really good and know a way that congress limited Teddy Roosevelt it would be AMAZING.

Congress cannot put limits on the President. They are, however, always trying.
In the US we have three separate powers of government: Administrative, Legislative, Judicial. It is our system of checks and balances.
The President's duties are outlined in the US Constitution. Congress can only change the Constitution by starting the amendment process.
