Some actually think you already know where they are going. They evidently think everyone else is psychic and should know exactly where they are going and how they are going to get there.

They can get over. If you use your signal in Atlanta that means the person that's beside you will speed up and not let you over. We're not so friendly in the south anymore.

Based on observation - nothing at all. I do not, however, know if you can make an accurate statistical inference concerning the outcome for the entire population of people who do not use their signal light when driving, just based on my observations alone.
