Its the easiest thing in the world! Just start from scratch, by that I mean let go of everything you know and learn again, without prejudice, greed, hate and any negativity and think big. Mentally call things to you and if you really want or need them bad enough you will get whatever you want. A word of advice be careful of what you wish for, you'll get it and a lot more that comes with it.
