U go to the link that u've been sent by email and there will be your scores + the percentage of the people that did worse than you in the exam.
For example:
Math 50%
This means that 50% of the students have received higher scores than you, and the 50% other have received lower scores than you.

You can't exactly know if they are good enough. This will be evaluated by the admissioners. You could go on the chats or forums of the college you've applied in and ask the others what was their score to see where are you and how are your chances to get accepted.
