Smoking is hard. I quit but I was not a hard core addict ( i smoked to look cool and fit in ) Now I am healthier and smarter.
Why quit y/a it is not hurting me or anyone else and it is kinda fun.

As for someone who smoked and is now a non smoker, I would have to say smoking. This is only mentally addictive/or habit forming, while a nicotine addiction is also physical.
