I have tried prescriptions,and diets and I can not lose weight what is wrong with me.

This might sound strange, but my first question is how many bowel movements do you have a day? If you are not having a movement for each meal that you eat, your problem is very likely a clogged up elimination system - which is not surprising if your diet is full of cow's dairy and wheat (both of these things contain elements that gum up the works) or if you are lacking in essential fatty acids (the grease that keeps the works moving, so to speak).

There are things you can do to help - from simply adding more magnesium to your diet (in the form of blueberries or high quality supplements like this: http://www.mynsp.com/carole/products/guide.aspx?stockNum=1859 ) to colon cleanse programs (like: http://www.mynsp.com/carole/products/guide.aspx?stockNum=3993 though you need to drink a LOT of water to do this healthily) - if you feel you fall into this category.

Alternatively you could have a low metabolism (which is only made lower when we don't get enough food and nutrition). Eating first thing in the morning can stimulate your metabolism as can exercise.
