It doesn't work that way. The site itself has nothing to do with the speed. It's the people you are leeching off and how many others are leeching as well. At the end of the day if you are downloading something popular it will take longer (unless you wait for the number of seeds to build up)

Most sites have most torrents. Torrentspy. com is fast loading and searching. Whereas Mininova .org has a good layout showing most popular and new torrents on front page.
PS: Piracy is bad m'kay.
