Chemical Plant burned down in Thorold,Ontario???

I've heard that recently a CHEMICAL PLANT that stored Cell Phones Batteries e.t.c... went up in flames in Thorold,Ontario,Is it true and how bad is it and what is the impact of this accident on the local residents that live in Thorold,Ontario,do they have to be evacuated out of Thorold,Ont???Thanks for your reply.

You should also know that it's classified as Thorold but is actually no where near the downtown area.....it's in a very rural area!
