When asked at an interview, "what qualitites can you bring to this prosition?" what would you answer? Not skill this is the second part of the question. If they ask it that is, got interview tomorrow and this question is stuck in my head because I have been asked it in two interviews before (both of which I got the job) but I am totally stuck on what to answer if asked again.

That question is to mainly focus on your individual qualities and how they would benefit the company. For example, punctuality, reliability, positive outlook and /or attention to detail. All of those are personal traits, yet they can fit in very well with a professional goal.

This question is about your natural personality and attitude. For example the qualities could be - hard working, honest,sense of humour,good teamplayer. Try to think what would attract you to others - you would not want to befriend someone who was lazy,boring and selfish (opposite of above). The skill part relates to just that e.g programming skills,foreign language speaker etc.

Personal qualities...reliability, trustworthiness, foresight, enthusiasm. You like to learn, but also like to find new challenges and improve things.

focus on your personality here but do not forget the position you are applying for. perhaps, you are customer service oriented or you have great attention to details. include this.
