Before you try to sell your phone, please call the women's shelters in your area. Many times they are trying to collect old cell phones to give to battered women leaving their shelters. They set them up for 911 service and give them to the ladies just in case they need to call. I'm sure there is a tax deduction for it too.

Prepaid phones, as far as I know, no they won't. Your best bet is ebay or something like that.

Depending on the value of your phone model. There are website that buys your phone however the money they give for your phone is cheap.

You should try looking up online a non profit company that will take your unwanted cell phones..pre paid ones as well..they will turn around and supply the military will cell phones so they can call home and speak with their family while over seas.try

Most companies do not buy old phones. They hope that youll rececly them. The only times you can make money of an old phone is its one of the popular models and its not locked. Phones that require sim cards for use are easier to sell, all you got to do is take out the sim of your phone and stick it in the new one. But selling it on e bay is your best option. If its a cdma phone (i.e verizon, sprint) make sure that it can be activated, or else youll have an angry cutomer.
