I ordered 2 magazines from them in November and have only recieved one of them. Countless E-Mails have gone unanswered. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I would suggest you try calling them instead of e-mail. That way, you'll hopefully get a live person and be able to get this reconciled quickly.

They have a fairly low rating, 2 out of 5, and it appears that a lot of people who posted have had problems with service and with getting issues resolved with them.

If you are unable to reconcile the issue with them directly, you can ask your credit card company to refund the charge for the magazine you didn't receive (if you used a credit card), or you can file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau by using this link:
