Don't worry about it. He's obviously a player and your relationship won't work if you want completely different things.
Become friends with him first and don't rush into things you don't want to. If he really likes you, he'll go at your pace, don't sell yourself out to him.

dude.... chill..... I didn't have my first boyfriend until I was 18. I think it's ok to have boys as friends, but not with any sort of romantic implications. You'll be ok. Concentrate on school, friends, and growing up as healthy as you can.

Guys who want you for sex (not me) and/or just use you (not me) are complete jerks, so don't go for them.
