No. Any form of water in a dream is spiritually good: bath water, rivers, fountains, dish water, lakes, bottled water, toilet water, dog bowl water, etc.
If you are a fire sign, dreams with water are good for balance.

I think it means you'd better be careful about taking your toothbrush anywhere near the toilet so you won't drop it in. Or it could mean you need to buy a new one for back up just in case you really do.

It means that you have fear of letting to fall things ( earrings jewelry ) into the toilet.
